Pre-Order, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Pre-Order Products

Some of our products are offered on a pre-order basis. This means the product is not yet manufactured or ready for immediate dispatch at the time of purchase.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The product will be manufactured specifically based on customer orders

  • Your payment will be used directly for manufacturing, sourcing, and production

2. No Cancellation Policy

All pre-orders are final and non-cancellable.

Once a pre-order is placed:

  • The order cannot be cancelled

  • The order cannot be modified

  • The order cannot be transferred to another product

This is because production begins shortly after receiving the order, and costs are immediately incurred.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made for pre-order products are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind

  • Delay in personal requirement

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer

  • Any reason related to customer preference

By completing the pre-order checkout, you explicitly agree to this no-refund condition.

4. Manufacturing & Delivery Timeline

Estimated manufacturing and delivery timelines will be mentioned on the product page.
While we strive to meet the stated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Manufacturing constraints

  • Supply chain issues

  • Logistics or customs delays

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

Such delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

5. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds or replacements will be considered only if:

  • The product received is physically damaged

  • The product received is defective or non-functional on arrival

In such cases:

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Unboxing video and photographic evidence may be required

  • Resolution will be at our discretion (replacement or repair)

6. Customer Acknowledgement

By placing a pre-order, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood this policy

  • Agree to the no-cancellation and no-refund terms

  • Accept the risks associated with pre-order manufacturing
